VETRO GAMING SHIPPING POLICY

These Terms of Sale and Return Policy (“Terms”) govern the purchase of goods and services from Vetro Gaming LLC (“Vetro Gaming”), a North Carolina limited liability company. By purchasing any products or accessories ("products") from Vetro Gaming, you agree to these terms. Please read these terms carefully, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. You should review these terms, as modified or amended from time to time, as they create a binding contract between you and Vetro Gaming.. Vetro Gaming ships domestically to the United States of America as well as internationally.

Responsibility for Shipping:

For products fulfilled and shipped by Vetro Gaming:
  • Vetro Gaming will handle all aspects of shipping and delivery for these products.
Shipping Estimates:
  • Shipping or delivery dates of the Products are best estimates only. However, Vetro Gaming agrees that if Vetro Gaming cannot meet agreed delivery dates it will notify you in writing to determine if deliveries of the Products may be made in installments.
Shipping Insurance:
  • All orders will automatically be opted into Route Package Protection, a third-party insurance provider, upon checkout. BY OPTING OUT OF ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION, YOU AGREE TO ASSUME THE RISK OF ANY LOSS, FIRE, DAMAGE, AND THEFT OF THE PRODUCT(S) UPON SHIPMENT BY VETRO GAMING TO YOU FOR YOUR USE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS.
  • To file a claim through Route Package Protection, visit their claims page here. A claim must be filed within the given timeline for your order.
  • If the customer opts out of Route Package Protection, Vetro Gaming will attempt to recover any insurance available by the shipping carrier. In this case, Vetro Gaming will only refund up to the amount that may be provided by the shipping carrier, if any.
Additional Tax, Duties, and VAT Fees:
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any taxes, duties and fees that may apply to the customer’s order. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions about what additional fees may apply.
  • By placing an order, you agree that in the event of customer refusal to pay any import fees to retrieve package, the customer will not be eligible for a refund for their order.
Delivery Issues and Address Error:
  • Orders that have tracking status of “Delivered” or equivalent language, are considered finalized. In the event that you still have not received your package, contact your local delivery office, customs office, and neighbors to try to locate your package. In the event that you are unsuccessful in locating your package that has been marked as “delivered” or equivalent status, file a claim through Route Package Protection in the timeline provided for your order given that you have not opted out of the insurance.
  • If there is an error with the shipping information provided to Vetro Gaming and the order has been processed, Vetro Gaming is not responsible for refunding or replacing the item. You may be able to intercept the package route by contacting your local delivery office.
  • In the event that a package is retuned to sender, Vetro Gaming will refund the cost of the order excluding shipping cost upon delivery. Customer must pay for shipping if customer wished for package delivery to be reattempted with corrected shipping information.
Notwithstanding anything in this Section, CUSTOMER’S sole remedy, and Vetro Gaming’s total liability to you, in respect of any shipping and delivery issues in any the Products shall be limited, TO THE POLICIES SET FORTH ABOVE.
  • If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed limited to the extent required to make it enforceable, or, if necessary, severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
  • These Terms are fully assignable and transferable by Vetro Gaming to any person or entity and shall inure to the benefit of such assignee or successor.
  • These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any and all actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted and litigated in a court of competent jurisdiction in Forsyth County, North Carolina. You and Vetro Gaming hereby agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Forsyth County, North Carolina to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Products.
EACH PARTY HEREBY KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT IT MAY HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN RESPECT OF ANY LITIGATION (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY CLAIMS, COUNTERCLAIMS, CROSS-CLAIMS, OR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS) ARISING OUT OF, UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS. FURTHER,EACH PARTY HERETO CERTIFIES THAT NO REPRESENTATIVE OR AGENT OF EITHER PARTY HAS REPRESENTED, EXPRESSLY OR OTHERWISE, THAT SUCH PARTY WOULD NOT IN THE EVENT OF SUCH LITIGATION, SEEK TO ENFORCE THIS WAIVER OF RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL PROVISION. EACH OF THE PARTIES ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THIS SECTION IS A MATERIAL INDUCEMENT FOR THE OTHER PARTY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS.THE PARTIES WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO ASSERT ANY CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER PARTY AS A REPRESENTATIVE OR MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH WAIVER IS PROHIBITED BY LAW OR DEEMED BY A COURT OF LAW TO BE AGAINST PUBLIC POLICY.

Entire Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in a writing signed by you and Vetro Gaming, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties, there being no other promises, terms, conditions, or obligations, referring to the subject matter not contained herein. If any term or provision of this contract shall to any extent be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the contract shall not be affected thereby, and each term and provision of this contract shall continue to be valid and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. THE PARTIES WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO ASSERT ANY CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER PARTY AS A REPRESENTATIVE OR MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH WAIVER IS PROHIBITED BY LAW OR DEEMED BY A COURT OF LAW TO BE AGAINST PUBLIC POLICY.
