This is an completely unmodified DMG Game Boy system. And sometimes it's just better that way. 

Refurbishment Process:

• Motherboard is thoroughly cleaned (and repaired if needed)
• New outer shell is installed
• New buttons and membranes
• Console is thoroughly tested
