This is a laminated Game Boy Color backlight modification kit. If you are using an IPS ready shell, minimal shell trimming is required and soldering is COMPLETELY optional.

• 1x GBC Q5 laminated LCD
• 3x Wires for optional OSD Menu

Notes:

• For OSD menu (optional step), solder 3 wires to the test pads above SEL, A, and B on the Game Boy Color motherboard and to the corresponding pads on the PCB board
  
• If you are not using an IPS ready shell, you will need to trim the Game Boy Color shell to fit the larger screen
