Mail-In Pokemon Internal Battery Service

This is an internal battery service. You must mail your game to Vetro Gaming, and we will replace the battery and mail it back to you. Please mail the game to:

PO Box 1567, Welcome NC, 27374.

You MUST ship via USPS as no other shipping service will deliver to PO box. Please allow a maximum of 1 week after delivery to replace the battery and mail it back to you. You will receive an email update notifying you when the game is on its way back to you with tracking. 

You are responsible for safely shipping the game to Vetro Gaming as Vetro Gaming is not responsible for any damage or lost item in the process of mailing the game for service. Purchase shipping insurance at your own discretion.
