Screw is loose and took a while for the game to actually operate. Once I got in, there was a file with what looks to be hacked Pokémon. Turns off by itself sometimes but other than that, it’s nice.😁

Thanks for the review! We try to err on the side of too loose than too tight when closing the shell after replacing the battery. That way we avoid cracking the shell, but we will take note to spot check if any screws are too loose in the future. And yeah we don't remove the existing save files with the idea that you can explore the current file before starting your own and sometimes people have some crazy Pokemon in there! But we can always wipe the existing save file before shipping upon request. If your game is still giving you trouble, we would love the opportunity to exchange your current game with a different one if you would like!
